July 2021 Construction Update - 2021-07-21

Stage 1

McMullen Rd remains closed for upgrade works, with drainage installation is continuing.

Stage 1 roads are now boxed out with curbs in and water installation well progressed.

Electrical and NBN installation will begin shortly, with installation of the stage light poles also underway.

Titles Update

Stage 1 titles are forecast in Q1 2022.

Stage 2:

Stage 2 bulk earthworks are continuing on site.
